First you take the energy it takes to feed the plankton, that feed the krill, that feed the tiny fish, which feed the bigger fish, which eventually leads to the shark. And every step along the way, you lose energy. So farming shark would require a ton of resources to maintain. And their caloric requirements mean there's a relatively small number of them that can exist in the ecosystem naturally, compared to smaller fish.
